I had a cracked tooth pulled and a bridge installed. The process took a couple of months but the results were great. The hardest part was getting use to the missing tooth and chewing on one side of my mouth before the bridge could be set/installed. The temporary bridge was completed and installed in less than 2 hours and the final bridge was ready 2 days later. Installation took less than 1 hour pain free without modification. Very happy with results. I can chew on both sides of my mouth. Thanks Dr Wolff.

We had an emergency orthodontic appointment when my son’s braces wire started poking out, and Dr. Wolff was absolutely amazing. Even when no orthodontists were available, she went out of her way to help us after hours on a Friday evening, which we truly appreciated. She was kind, compassionate, and professional, quickly fixing the issue and making my son feel comfortable throughout the visit. We are so grateful for her help and highly recommend Dr. Wolff.

If I could give them 1000 stars, I would. Five stars is the best review and it still falls short. I had a Friday evening emergency (7:45PM) the night before a flight out of the country. A filling fell out leaving an hole in one of my teeth and I went into an absolute panic. When I called Presidential Dental Center and explained my situation they were solution based immediately and offered to see me at 8:30PM on a Friday night! I was blown away. The office itself is beautiful and I was treated with such care from the moment my paperwork was handed to me to the moment I walked out the door. I was good as new in an hour and 15 minutes. She did not rush or do anything with haste. She took time to ensure the problem was fixed. Dr. Wolff is brilliant, sharp, empathic and innovative. She has created the most beautiful environment and cared so much to help me. Raving about the practice is not enough.

This clinic made my braces journey much easier than expected. The orthodontist is skilled and very attentive to detail. Every adjustment session was done carefully without discomfort. Staff behavior is friendly and respectful, which makes a big difference during long treatments. Pricing is also reasonable compared to the quality of service provided here.

We had an absolute lifesaver experience at Presidential Dental Center in West Palm Beach. My daughter and I were on our way to Fort Lauderdale to catch an early flight to Kansas City for a volleyball tournament when her braces wire suddenly popped out and started hurting her badly. We called at least 15 different places, and this was the ONLY office that was open and willing to help us. From the moment we walked in, they were incredibly kind, calm, and accommodating, even after hours. Dr. Melisande J. Wolff was outstanding, professional, efficient, and reassuring. She has over 20 years of experience and it truly shows in how confidently and quickly she handled the situation. She fixed the issue right away and made sure my daughter was completely comfortable before we left. Her dental assistant was just as amazing—patient, helpful, and even sent us with extra tools to take with us while we travel. This office is located at 1501 Presidential Way in West Palm Beach, and they truly go above and beyond for their patients, even offering emergency care and flexible hours when you need it most.
